Asian Art Museum
In Nice, tourists can combine a visit to the beautiful Parc Phœnix (with a variety of plants, animals and birds) and to the Asian Art Museum situated almost in the territory of the park. It was opened here in 1998.

Natural History Museum
Type - Architecture, Monuments, Museum
Small Natural History Museum of Nice (located on the Boulevard Risso) is the oldest museum in the city. Its impressive collection counts more than a million pieces! The two-story building has obviously become ewas clearly «tightish», and in the near future the museum should «move» in a more spacious bilding which is now being constructed on the territory of the Parc Phœnix.

Musée des beaux-arts de Nice
Type - Architecture, Monuments, Museum
The magnificent palace of Prince Lev Viktorovich Kotchoubeï, which houses the Musée des Beaux-Arts de Nice (Museum of Fine Arts), is located on the Avenue Des Baumettes in Nice. It preserves real treasures that we can admire!

Musée de Palaeontologie Humaine Terra Amata
Type - Architecture, Monuments, Museum
The main part of the exhibition of the Archaeological Museum is located on the hill of Cimiez. Moreover, if you have ever been there, it is time to see the second part of the exhibition no less interesting, «Terra Amata». You can learn about the way people lived in the Neolithic era and Palaeolithic era - simply go on the boulevard Carnot, up the slope of Mount Boron.

Musée d'art moderne et d'art contemporain (also known as MAMAC)
Type - Architecture, Monuments, Museum
If you «keep abreast of the times» and like contemporary art, be sure to visit this unusual building in the center of Nice. However, if you do not have such a special love for this kind of art in your heart, this museum is always worth a visit (entrance is free). If you climb up, you will find constructions of the roof terraces of the towers, with breathtaking views, opening to the city, the mountains and the azure sea. (Also, here at the height of thirty meters, you can walk and relax in a small garden).
