Monaco is now rightly called the latest congress centre of the third millennium. The Grimaldi Forum (fr. Grimaldi Forum) opened here in 2000 is one of the largest modern convention centres and unsurpassed «communication tool» (named in honour of the Grimaldi, the rulers of Monaco). The Forum building is located in the heart of Monte Carlo, by the sea in the eastern part of Monaco (Larvotto district), its total usable area makes 35,000 sq. m.

Grimaldi Forum MonacoEvery year over 100 prestigious events are held in the conference centre!

In the ultra-modern glass and steel building of Grimaldi Forum which was built in avant-garde style there are seven underground floors; two exhibition halls connected to each other; 22 meeting rooms; 2 large banquet areas, a theatre and three roomy auditoriums.

All these volumetric modulated premises (with a lot of entries and exits) are equipped with high-tech equipment. Also here are freight elevators, escalators and several parking spaces. With the help of powerful pumps sea water enters the heat exchanger providing the air conditioning in the Grimaldi Forum. (Equipment for air conditioning and heating was «sunk» by the builders for twenty meters below sea level).

Having once got in a great light hall of the unique multi-storey building of the Forum the visitors are immediately «imbued» with its harmony, poise and grandeur. Practically at any time at the Grimaldi Forum one can host the events of different nature and purposes (presentations, congresses, exhibitions, conferences, performances and so on.) since all the interior spaces can very easily be transformed as needed.

The exhibitions of environmentally friendly technologies «EVER Monaco», TV Festival, the draw ceremony of the UEFA Cup and the UEFA Champions League and awarding the best players, as well as concerts of the Philharmonic Orchestra and performances of the Monte Carlo Ballet are regularly held here.
