It is worth noting, however, that Provencal cooks always have a possibility to use fresh flavouring herbs (such a repertory, of course, significantly excels the dried mixture in flavour and aroma intensity).
We also (if not too lazy) will be able to grow a necessary «potion» even in winter in our own home - in pots. (Then our meals with the addition of aromatic herbs will taste exactly the same as that of French chefs!).
Speaking of Provence herbs let’s note not only their taste characteristics, but their ability to emphasize and enhance the taste of dishes. In addition to these advantages the «Provencal mix
