Within the opening of the Cannes Film Festival in Cannes, it was opened the restaurant of the Gray d'Albion Hotel.
The restaurant and terrace of Gray d'Albion Hotel greeted their first visitors last week. Wishing lunch and dinner was very much since the restaurant before the reconstruction was famous for its fine cuisine and excellent chefs. Charles Richez, general manager of the establishment said, that they will continue to offer their guests by Mediterranean dishes and fine wines of the region.
The restaurant has been completely rebuilt. The new space was not only given a new life, but also a new atmosphere. Work on repairs lasted more than 4 months. As a result, the restaurant again has become a pearls on the French Riviera, especially at the holidays and the upcoming summer evenings.
Maryan Gandon, the executive chef Barriere concocted the menu card. So, you can taste the tartar of red tuna or veal carpaccio with Parmesan cheese or risotto, plus delicious dessert from by pastry chef Michael Durieux. Account is 45€ per person.
Restaurant of the Gray d'Albion Hotel in Cannes is open daily, terrace - in the evening. But from Thursday to Saturday well-known DJs will perform live.
