Famous chef Mauro Colagreco who opened his restaurant «Mirazur» in Menton, is a native of Argentina. Only in a half a year working in the restaurant, he won the prize "Discovery of the Year", and less than a year he received his first Michelin star. In the same year Mauro was awarded by the "Chef of the Year". Incidentally, he was the only foreigner who ever received this honorary title in France.
